Hamyor provides AI-powered customer support that connects to messaging platforms — including Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger — to help businesses answer their customers’ messages automatically or with operator assistance.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of any business you register.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to send spam, unlawful, or harmful content.
• Do not violate the terms or policies of any connected platform, including Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to message your customers.

4. Third-party platforms

The Service integrates with third-party messaging platforms. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or actions of third-party platforms, and they may change or restrict their APIs at any time.

5. Customer content

You retain ownership of the content and data you provide, including your knowledge base and the messages processed through your connected accounts. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the content you provide.

6. AI-generated responses

The Service uses AI models to generate replies. Responses may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring the Service, and for any messages sent from your connected accounts. The Service is provided as a tool and is not a substitute for professional advice.

7. Fees

Paid plans, if any, are billed as described at sign-up or in your order. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or comply with law. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hamyor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
